Professional, informative and concerned with customer service. I watched them work on our pool cage for almost 2 full days. Their staff were helpful, pleasant and informative. I had a question and spoke by phone with the owner who was equally helpful. The actual workmanship of the cage looks terrific and they kept their work area clean. Once completed, they left the pool deck in pristine condition. Highly recommended!

Our lanai cage is complicated because of an addition some years ago; and the original cage design was not good. Based on the recommendation of a friend, we used Ron's Custom Screen to replace the cage. They did a great job - from design to follow-up. Very easy to work with, honest and reliable. I highly recommend them.
